You don’t need to do it all
You need to do what matters most
Hi, I’m Maria
I’m a burnout and time management coach and
I can teach you how to accomplish more by doing less
So you can have time to relax, connect with family and friends, and do the things that bring you joy!

Do you often find yourself:
Scrolling for 45 mins instead of finishing a 10-min task because you’re tired & overwhelmed
Editing your report for 2 extra hours because you’ve learned that imperfect work is unacceptable
Taking on a new request when your plate is full because saying “yes” feels safer in the moment
Staying up an hour past your bedtime because it’s the only time during the day to actually relax

If so, this is not your fault and you are most definitely not alone
Since we live in a culture that encourages hustling, overworking, and sacrificing ourselves, it’s normal to feel like everything on our plates is essential and to struggle with prioritization, saying “no” and procrastinating out of overwhelm
18+ years of corporate work and 4+ years of coaching clients who are overworked and exhausted have taught me that the majority of us routinely spend multiple hours every day on one of the following:
Working on tasks that are not essential but that we think we “should” be doing, or that we felt bad turning down
Overcomplicating our work and spending way more time on it than is actually necessary
Scrolling on our phones, browsing stuff online, or even just staring at the wall, because we don’t feel like starting the next thing on our list, or we don’t even know where to start

The good news is that you can get out of that cycle with:
1) Cognitive work focused on the tendency to say “yes,” overcomplicate things, or frequently procrastinate
2) Strategy work to simplify and manage your schedule in a way that fits your life
So you can get to a place where you have several extra hours every day to relax, connect with loved ones, or do other things that are meaningful and important to you
