The world is overwhelming enough right now
How about you make your own life easier by cutting down on all the extra work you do every day?
Hi, I’m Maria
I’m a burnout and time management coach and
I can teach you how to accomplish more by doing less

Do you often find yourself:
Scrolling for 45 mins instead of finishing a 10-min task because you’re tired & overwhelmed
Editing your report for 2 extra hours because you’ve learned that imperfect work is unacceptable
Taking on a new request when your plate is full because saying “yes” feels safer in the moment
Staying up an hour past your bedtime because it’s the only time during the day to actually relax

If so, this is not your fault and you are most definitely not alone
Since we live in a culture that encourages hustling, overworking, and sacrificing ourselves, it’s normal to feel like everything on our plates is essential and to struggle with prioritization, saying “no” and procrastinating out of overwhelm
18+ years of corporate work and 4+ years of coaching clients who are overworked and exhausted have taught me that the majority of us routinely spend multiple hours every day on tasks that are neither too helpful nor essential:
We research one unimportant side-topic for 30 minutes instead of finishing that big report that is due
We re-format the tables on slide 3 for an extra hour, instead of sending out the presentation now
We say “yes” to editing a colleague’s project and leave work late, instead of spending the evening with family

The good news is that you can get out of that cycle
You can learn how to cut down on the non-essential tasks and accomplish more of the important ones
By learning how to prioritize strategically, tackle procrastination, and communicate your needs
So you can get to a place where you have several extra hours every day to relax, connect with loved ones, or do other things that are meaningful and important to you
